Availability
Appointments are currently available on fortnightly Saturdays in Croydon
(Closest station: East Croydon)
A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the appointment is cancelled by me.
For:

Micro loc installations

Instant locs
-
Comb coil services
A 20% deposit of the total service price is required.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

A maximum of 2 reschedules within the same month is allowed
-
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel
Cancellations or reschedules made:
-
Within 48 hours → require a new deposit
-
On the day / no show → full appointment cost will be charged
Remaining balances must be paid via cash or bank transfer.
Appointment Preparation

Hair must be clean and blow dried unless you have booked a wash & blow dry

A £20 fee applies for removal of previous styles (if time allows)

If there is not enough time for removal, the appointment may be cancelled and deposit lost

Please avoid heavy oils before your appointment

Any concerns with your final look must be raised during the appointment so they can be resolved.
Late Policy & No Shows
To ensure all appointments run smoothly:

10 minutes late → £10 fee
-
15 minutes late → £20 fee
-
20 minutes late → appointment cancelled
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the remaining balance being charged.
