Availability​

Appointments are currently available:

Two Tuesdays per month (First Tuesdays)
Two Saturdays per month

📍Icon Barbers, Cherry Orchard road, Croydon (Closest station: East Croydon)

A £20 non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

 

A 20% deposit of the total service cost is required for all starter loc appointments.​

Deposits are non refundable and non transferable unless I cancel your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Up to 2 reschedules are permitted within the same month.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will require a new deposit.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice, or cancelling on the day, will result in the remaining appointment balance becoming payable.

Appointment Preparation​

Please arrive with:

Clean, blow dried hair for braid appointments unless a wash and blow dry has been booked.
Hair free from heavy oils, waxes or excessive product build up.

Additional information:

Previous style removal is available from £20 (time permitting).
If extensive removal is required and insufficient time has been booked, your appointment may need to be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Any concerns regarding your service should be raised during your appointment so they can be addressed immediately.

Late Policy

A 10 minute grace period may be given where possible.

After this:

10–15 minutes late – £10 late fee
15–20 minutes late – £20 late fee
More than 20 minutes late – Appointment cancelled

Late arrival may result in your style being adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time.
